    Retrieve License Key

    If you are unable to enter your email address at User Portal to retrieve your License Key, it may be because you entered the wrong email address when making your purchase.However, it's okay. You can still find your License Key by copying the transaction number from your payment receipt.

    Please note that this method only supports payment receipts from WeChat Pay and Alipay.

    How to Find Transaction Number

    Input Your Transaction Number And New Email

    After successful submission, you will receive an email containing the License Key in your new email address.
